Description
- Here's a lovely double, two-sided corn maiden fetish carved of turquoise by Kateri Sanchez-Quandelacy. Kateri Sanchez-Quandelacy is a member of the reknowned Quandelacy family and is known for her lovely corn maidens. The turquoise is light blue with some tan matrix, more on one side than the other.
- The maidens are carved with great detail on both sides. They are adorned with blue turquoise, coral and malachite dots. Both maidens have shy, black slit eyes and long, straight hair. Both sides feature the traditional corn design, and they have carved dragonfly symbols on the sides.
- The carving stands 2-1/8 inches high by 1-3/8 inch wide by about 1/2 inch thick. It is signed KS for Kateri Sanchez.
